FAQs

Part 1. Cylindrical UV Printer

Q 1: What’s the top advantage in your rotary printer?

A: We apply PLC system in control, technological achievements & design logic with practical experience

Q 2: How long time set a new bottle?

A: it always about 5 minutes.

The automatic size adjustment system only requires inputting important size parameters on the display, and the smart fixture system will automatically adjust to the appropriate angle

Q 3: How reliable is this automatic function?

A: 100% trusted.

The significant achievement of using PLC is its reliable operation. At the same time, we have adopted a multi-sensor feedback approach to ensure that the results are verified as reliable. Even if there is an error in operation due to any reason, it will not cause catastrophic consequences.

Q 4: What materials can it print on?

A: It has broad material compatibility, including glass, stainless steel, plastics (PET, PP, PE), wood, and ceramics. Common applications include vacuum flasks, glass bottles, aluminum cans, and cosmetic tubes.

Q 5: Can the printer handle tapered or conical objects?

A: It has broad material compatibility, including glass, stainless steel, plastics (PET, PP, PE), wood, and ceramics. Common applications include vacuum flasks, glass bottles, aluminum cans, and cosmetic tubes.

Q 6: What is your “seamless 360-degree” printing?

A: We have moved beyond conventional stitching techniques. Our cutting-edge algorithm now maps the entire design as a unified wrap, ensuring a flawless fit on the media surface. As the latest evolution in printing technology, it delivers a truly perfect print—because technically, the seam no longer exists

Q 7: How long does it take to print one bottle?

A: This depends on various variables. Let’s start with the most common type of thermos cup (40 cup)

Printing speed depends on the image resolution and color mode. Generally, printing a standard vacuum flask takes anywhere from 20 to 120 seconds.

Q 8: Is the daily maintenance of this printer complex?

A: Not complex, but consistency is key. It mainly involves regular printhead cleaning, keeping the guide rails lubricated, and preventing waste ink buildup. Our design include feature automatic cleaning functions for nozzle.

Q 9: How do I adapt a design to a cylindrical shape?

A: First make the artwork in the RIP software( machine order include). and seting the machine, such as fixture seting and use correct data to print on your bottle/cans. We will support you in tech and operation.

Q 9: How do I adapt a design to a cylindrical shape?

A: First make the artwork in the RIP software( machine order include). and seting the machine, such as fixture seting and use correct data to print on your bottle/cans. We will support you in tech and operation.

Q 10: How can you guarantee that the machine I purchased will operate normally as promised?

A: We will provide you with a package of services, encompassing several key points:

1. We have engineers support you online and can install and repair on stie, and they are English speaker. The maximum response time is within one working day, we have engineer always online.

2. We will continue to supply parts and consumables, and the supply relationship will not be affected by the warranty period. The warranty period only changes the responsible party for costs, rather than its existence or non-existence.

3.If you are interested in human-machine ergonomics, this is an area we take pride in. Every design we have made over the past decade has been created with utmost respect for human-machine ergonomics. User-friendliness is our primary design philosophy. If we are fortunate enough to invite you to visit us, we will personally demonstrate it to you.

4. We would be delighted to receive your questions and guidance at any time.

Part 2. One pass printer

Q 1: What kind of order structure is best suitable for One Pass?

4. It is best suited for “small-batch, high-variety” orders with fast turnaround. While it can handle mass production, its core advantage lies in zero plate-making, allowing instant switching between designs for personalized customization.

Q 2: What are the technical requirements for operators?

A: Compared to traditional mechanical printing, physical demands are lower, but requirements for digital workflow management are higher. Main operator or engineer need to know RIP software, color management, and basic printhead maintenance logic.

Q 3: Can One Pass be integrated into existing automated production lines?

A: Yes. It can be install with production line directly.

This is its greatest appeal. It can be installed as a “printing unit” after existing forming machines, filling lines, or packaging lines, achieving integrated manufacturing and printing.

Q4: What is “ink misting” and how to prevent it in One Pass?

A: Ink misting refers to tiny droplets not landing on the intended spots.

We have applied our years of inkjet control technology and customization of ink dynamic viscosity to ensure that the ink is accurately placed in the correct position. This is how we address abnormal ink movement and is also a core factor in ensuring excellent machine performance.

Q5:What types of ink do you have?

A: Currently, we have officially launched two types of one-pass printers: UV ink and water-based ink

Q6:What types of print head do you have?

A: Currently, in water-based ink, we have A3 and A4 print head

Currently, in UV ink, we have Ricoh Gen6 & Toshiba CF3R print head
